Ombudsperson for Teaching and Learning

 

Complaints and problems can often be solved when the persons involved discuss the situation together. If a dispute between students and lecturers or examiners continues to arise, the ombudsperson for teaching and learning can mediate in individual cases.

Professor Joost van Dongen is the ombudsperson for teaching and learning at the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Natural Sciences.
