Mentoring

Mentoring at RWTH was introduced as part of the "Excellent Teaching – Students at the Focus of Excellence" project. The goal of mentoring is to improve the study conditions at the University.

In addition to academic advising, the departmental mentors guide and assist students with questions and challenges concerning their studies. In this way, individual needs, problems, and potential are identified and addressed in a targeted manner and individual solutions are then developed together.
